FULL-TIME WEDDING PLANNING
Rich & Kitch’s Full-Time Wedding Planning Package guides you along your journey from saying “yes” to “I do” and we help you with your major wedding planning decisions. This option is a more costly investment, but your peace of mind will be so worth it. We will be hands-on throughout your entire wedding planning process - from the event styling phase to the day-of wedding coordinating - making sure your wedding dreams become a reality!
Our full-time wedding planning package starts with helping you research your wedding venue. We also work with top-notch vendors, so we can recommend the best wedding vendors to you. Working with our recommended vendors helps minimize your decision making and research time, and who doesn’t want that?! It also allows us to coordinate with vendors we’ve worked with on other weddings, which is a win-win for everyone. We strive to offer the very best for your special day, so helping you assemble your wedding vendor team is one of our favorite parts of planning! We also love to help engaged couples design the perfect wedding style! Being with you along every step of wedding planning is extremely beneficial as we’ll be there day-of to coordinate your special day, too!
If you aren't worried about sticking to a wedding budget, or if you already factored a wedding planner into your budget, AND you need help managing all of your wedding planning to-do’s, we highly recommend our Full-Time option. PART-TIME WEDDING PLANNING
If you’ve already started planning your wedding, and realized you need more help, then our Part-Time Planning Services are right for you. Maybe you’ve booked your venue, but need help finalizing other wedding day details. Or, maybe you’ve realized that you need a day-of coordinator to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly, so this is where Rich & Kitch come in to help.
We may be biased as wedding planners, but having the minimum of a day-of wedding coordinator is something we recommend to all couples getting married. This helps to make sure that your wedding day runs as smoothly and as stress-free as possible! You, your family, and/or your friends should NOT be in charge of day-of wedding planning responsibilities because you should be focused on enjoying the wedding day! Trust us, it is a lot of work to make sure a wedding runs smoothly, so leave it to the professionals to help you have the most amazing wedding day!
When using Rich & Kitch's Part-Time Wedding Planning Services, the main difference from our Full-Time package is that we will likely work with you for a shorter amount of time. BOTH FULL-TIME & PART-TIME WEDDING PLANNING
Whether you choose Rich & Kitch to be your Full-Time Wedding Planners or Part-Time Wedding Coordinators, both offerings include the creation of your detailed wedding day timeline, as well as a wedding ceremony rehearsal before your big day. On your wedding day, we will be your on-site wedding coordinators and points of contact for your wedding vendors. We will oversee & assist with day-of setup, manage the wedding day timeline & vendors, and make sure your wedding day is your best day ever!

CHOOSING YOUR WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE
As you are deciding if a wedding planner or day-of coordinator will be best for your needs, you should think about how involved you want to be in the wedding planning process. If additional help is important to you from saying “yes” to “ I do,” we recommend our Full-Time Package. If you’ve already done some planning and need help with finalizing details/day-of coordinating, we recommend our Part-Time Package.
When it comes to pricing our wedding planning services, factors such as the wedding group size, number of vendors, amount of design styling needed, number of additional events to coordinate, etc. must be determined for an initial quote. Also, please keep in mind that prices are subject to change based on additional needs that occur throughout planning your wedding.
