Since the holiday season is upon us, Rich & Kitch wanted to share the gifts we got for our wedding guests, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents of the bride, parents of the groom, and bride & groom gifts for each other! The holiday season is always a great time to show the ones you love most how much you care about them. The same thing goes for everyone that attends & plays a role in your wedding day - especially if they are traveling to your destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Some of the gifts in this post are more wedding-related, but others make great gifts for the holidays, birthdays, & other special occasions for your loved ones!
CHRISTMAS GIFTS
The Christmas before our destination wedding, we decided to get a little something for everyone who had committed to coming to our destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. To stick with our destination wedding / traveling to Cabo theme, I made luggage tags on Shutterfly for everyone. I uploaded a photo from Cabo on the front and put the guest's name & phone number on the back. Shutterfly has a bunch of cute luggage tag templates too, so you could add your wedding monogram/date if you want to make them more customized. If you need help creating a custom design for your luggage tag, please contact us here!
To do something extra for our wedding party &immediate family members, we gifted them passport holders, too. Everyone LOVED these thoughtful, themed Christmas gifts! It made them even more excited for our destination wedding & they were useful gifts that everyone got to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with!
GIFTS FOR MOM
Mother of the Bride: Picture Frame
Mother of the Groom: Picture Frame
Mother of the Bride & Mother of the Groom: Since we were getting married shortly after Mother’s Day, we wanted to do a little something extra for our moms, so we got vases engraved for them from Etsy!
GIFTS FOR DAD
Father of the Bride: Picture Frame
Father of the Bride & Father of the Groom: Money Clips
I was able to send in a picture of my handwriting to have a saying engraved on the money clips, so we decided to write “to keep your money safe” as a joke for our dads financially supporting us all these years! We also got married on Father’s Day, so we wanted to get them another gift, & since we went deep sea fishing in Cabo, we thought these were cute: FOB Fishing Hook & FOG Fishing Hook
WEDDING PARTY GIFTS
We got tank tops made for everyone since I thought it would be fun to get a picture, and who doesn’t love wearing a tank top when you’re in Mexico?! I ordered these tank tops for the girls & these ones for the guys, and we had the sayings added on at a local print shop. You could also order pre-made shirt designs on Etsy!
BRIDESMAIDS GIFTS
Getting Ready Robes were ordered from Etsy & I added sayings on the back of each – Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, & Mother of the Groom. Since the girls were wearing peach bridesmaid dresses, I decided to get robes in teal, which was our other wedding color, then I got the mom’s robes in a peach/coral color! I put them in these cute bags from Amazon and added a shot glass from Cabo to each bag!
GROOMSMEN GIFTS
The main gifts for our groomsmen were these flasks which had their initials & sayings on each – Best Man, Groomsman, & Dad. We put the gifts in boxes from Amazon & bought cigars to add to them when we were in Cabo. We also bought tequila for the guys to fill up their flasks while getting ready on the wedding day!
MAID OF HONOR GIFTS
Taylor, who has been my best friend since first grade, is also a nurse, so I got her a "there in a heartbeat" bracelet which could not have been more fitting.
BEST MAN GIFTS
Richie's brother Johnny turned 21 right before our destination wedding, so we thought this bottle opener was fitting and we had it engraved with “from best brother to best man.”

GIFTS FOR ALL WEDDING GUESTS
We made these welcome bags for everyone! I also designed koozies with our monogram & printed them using imprint. When we got to Cabo, we went to Costco & added some essential snacks to our welcome bags like a bottle of water, chips, granola bar, etc. We also brought LiquidIV from home to add to each bag! Everyone really appreciated the welcome bags & they doubled as a bag to bring to the pool! I also made destination wedding week schedules & a custom map of Cabo to put in each welcome bag! If you need help designing your welcome bags and/or wedding stationery, please contact us here!
We also got maracas made in Cabo to use for a wedding decoration & as a gift to our wedding guests for the day-of wedding favor. I created the design myself & our wedding décor vendor worked with a local company to get them made. I loved how they turned out & the maracas were a HUGE hit, especially during our wedding. Everyone had fun shaking them when Richie & I would kiss, and no one left Cabo San Lucas without bringing their maraca home! We had 35 guests attend our destination wedding, but we got 50 maracas made so we could bring some home to our grandparents that couldn't be in Cabo with us. These custom maracas ended up costing $5/piece which is such a deal! Please contact us here if you'd like help creating your custom maraca design!
BRIDE & GROOM GIFTS
We were super romantic & got each other Apple Airpods! We both needed new headphones for the gym, so this is what we decided to get. Not really wedding related, but very practical & we were both happy lol! More fun gifts for the bride can be found here & fun gifts for the groom here!
BRINGING GIFTS TO YOUR DESTINATION WEDDING
Last but not least, please keep in mind that you have to carry all of these amazing gifts to your destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas! We tried to buy small things that were easy to get to Mexico, but we still had to pack a lot of stuff (Richie & I basically packed two roller carry-on bags full of these gifts lol). It was obviously worth it to show our love to all of those coming to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate our destination wedding!
Our luggage set linked here might have been one of our favorite gifts from our wedding registry. Suitcases that stand out are the best thing to see when you’re heading towards baggage claim, especially with all the luggage for your destination wedding!
Other must-haves for your destination wedding include: bride & groom luggage tags, items for your wedding day emergency kit, essentials to pack in your checked luggage & carry-on bags, or matching bathing suits for your honeymoon!

This site feels like it was made by someone who hates clutter, in a good way. I didn’t have to hunt around to figure out what the page was trying to tell me, and the text is broken up enough that you can skim it fast. I ended up opening Drift Boss halfway through just to see if it was actually quick to jump into, and yeah, it loads straight into the drifting without making you sign up or download anything. The controls are super simple, but you can tell pretty fast that the timing is the whole challenge. What I liked most is that the page doesn’t drown you in extra fluff—just the key bits and you’re done. The…
